This PR aims to organize the way we configure developer settings. Previously, we used environment variables, #if DEBUG, comments, and some settings were hardcoded. Now, all settings have been moved to the CodyDevConfig.json file. You can freely modify them to tailor Cody to your development needs. The production version of the extension will not include this file, which will disable all developer options and positively impact the extension's performance.
Test plan
Remove the
CodyDevConfig.jsonfile and see if the developer options have been deactivated.
